Tap-in-Golf: Your Key to a Better Game
There is a mental technique to improve your golf game called Tap-in-Golf Golfers from around the world are using this technique to improve their game and to get more enjoyment from it.
This technique might seem strange to you, but give it a chance and you will see for yourself how it works. You should also get healthy foods to eat to make sure your mind is at its peak.
The first step is to create a picture in your mind of stressful scenario and all, then rate your level of stress.
Get specific with the course, the whole, in your most difficult shot.You should definitely see yourself preparing for this shot. To do this, pay attention to your emotions whether anxiety, fear, or something else, and see how your body feels.
Now, rate your emotions on a scale of 0 to 10 or intensity (10 being the highest).
The second step is to tap your clearing points to get negative focus.

The third step is to tag your collarbone for positive focus.While repeating the phrase “let it be easy,” Chapter collarbone 10 times.
The fourth step is to take a deep breath.
Finally, rate your intensity again while visualizing the same golf scenario.
If the decrease in your intensity of negative emotion is not enough, repeat these steps again.
Because the subconscious mind cannot differentiate between your imagination and reality, this calm feeling should carry over to the golf course.This is just one example of how mental exercise can improve your game.
